    BOXING CLASSES

Boxing is boxing; that’s why we don’t like making up fancy names for our classes. What sets FightFit apart are our skilled trainers that all have professional and amateur fight experience at the highest level (we don’t let kids who have done a weekend course tell you what to do!).

What we do offer is a great work out taught by expert instructors, encompassing bag work, pad work, boxing technique, strength and conditioning and holding a glass of water while standing on your head… Okay, maybe not the last one.

Don’t worry about your fitness, skill levels or previous experience; the great thing about FightFit boxing classes is that a beginner can bash it out next to a seasoned veteran. Our instructors can modify the exercises to suit boxers of all skill levels and even someone with two left feet.

Try out every instructor, find out who you like best and then go for it!

    H.I.T. CIRCUIT

The H.I.T. (high intensity training) Circuit is a prescribed strength and conditioning program over a three week period, specific to boxing or freestyle wrestling. Focused heavily on functional interval training the H.I.T. Circuit will help you achieve maximum strength and achieve excellent weight loss.

    POWERCIRCUIT

The foundation for Powercircuit is taken from CrossFit, a strength and conditioning concept that aims to build on endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. The class, which is lead by a qualified CrossFit instructor, combines weights, running, plymoterics, medicine ball exercises and kettlebell exercises amongst others to create a one of a kind work out.
