Our kickboxing & boxing classes are made so you can push yourself to your own limits no matter what level you're at.
Striking classes incorporate pad combinations, heavy-bag drills, and focus on real technique, and core exercises to improve your overall fitness (and Abs!)
To help build your strength, endurance, and overall fitness, FightFit's circuit classes are developed to improve all of the above.
There is also a strong focus on technique, to prevent injury, and also to help you get the most out of your training.
